Bayview Acquisition is filing for an initial public offering.

The blank-check company on Friday said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that it expects to receive proceeds of $50 million from the IPO.

Each unit will be priced at $10.

The company has so far not generated revenue and doesn’t expect to generate operating revenue until, at least, it consummates its initial business combination.
