Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and his wife, Dee Ocleppo, are taking another shot at unloading their waterfront Mediterranean-style villa in Palm Beach, Florida, having put the high-end home back on the market last week for $35.9 million.

They first tried to shift the property in September of last year, complete with a $39.7 million sticker price that was lowered to $37.9 million after a few months, before the home was taken off the market altogether.

Even with the trimmed-down price, there’s still a very healthy profit in the cards for the pair, who acquired the more than 5,000-square-foot villa in June 2021 for $21 million, records with PropertyShark show.

Featured in Architectural Digest, the estate, which has interiors by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, has been “beautifully updated with light and bright interiors and spectacular architectural details throughout,” according to the listing with Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate, who didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

The house boasts a large interior courtyard, complete with arches and a stately fireplace, a columned loggia with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, a summer kitchen and pool area with tropical landscaping.

There’s also a formal living room with cypress ceilings and a coral stone fireplace, a formal dining room, a family room, a gourmet eat-in kitchen and three bedrooms, including a primary bedroom suite with a sitting room and two lake-facing balconies.

“I really like living on the water,” Hilfiger told Architectural Digest last year. “We have a dock, we have jet skis, it’s a whole different type of lifestyle, especially coming from New York and the northeast.”

The Hilfigers, who couldn’t be reached for comment, are no strangers to big-ticket real estate deals.

Earlier this year, they flipped a separate Mediterranean-style home in Palm Beach, which they bought for $36.85 million in January, listed in February and sold in May for roughly $41.4 million.

In 2021, the pair parted with their Greenwich, Connecticut, mansion for $45 million; that same year they sold an eccentrically decorated mansion—complete with scratch-and-sniff wallpaper—in Golden Beach, Florida, for $24 million; and in 2018, they sold another Mediterranean estate, also in Palm Beach, for a sizable $35 million, Mansion Global reported.

Hilfiger, 72, founded his eponymous fashion company in 1985. He sold it in 2006 for a reported $1.6 billion.
