Brown & Brown Raises Quarterly Dividend 13%

Brown & Brown said its board approved a 13% increase to the company’s quarterly dividend to 13 cents per share.

The new dividend will be payable on Nov. 15 to shareholders of record on Nov. 1, the insurance brokerage firm said.

The company last raised its dividend in October of last year, to 11.5 cents per share from 10.25 cents.
